SF Conference Highlights Surge In Blogging Women

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS 5) ― Millions of people document their lives online, and a growing number of those people are women. That's the focus of BlogHer '08 Conference being held this weekend in San Francisco.

Katie Couric and Michelle Obama are among those who are developing an audience online, as is CBS 5's own Brittney Gilbert, who hosts CBS 5 Eye on Blogs.

Some conference attendees even blogged about their travels to the conference. Mike Sugerman caught up with them to find out what is driving the growth, and what topics are drawing interest online. His video report has more.
