San Mateo Man Sought In S. Bay Strip Club Murders
SUNNYVALE (BCN) ―
Authorities continued to search Tuesday for a San Mateo man wanted in connection with Sunday's double murder outside the Brass Rail strip club in Sunnyvale.
Matthew Andrew O'Reilly, 29, is wanted in connection with the shooting deaths of Menlo Park resident Benjamin Osegura, 31, and San Mateo resident Jason Gamino, 29.
The two men were seated in a 2006 Range Rover parked in the Brass Rail lot when they were shot dead Sunday at approximately 9:30 p.m.
"We're still actively seeking Mr. O'Reilly,'' Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety Capt. Doug Moretto said.
Authorities were not releasing any further details about the shooting or O'Reilly's alleged motive.
O'Reilly was last seen driving a silver 2006 Nissan Altima, California license number 5UFY655. He is considered armed and dangerous, Moretto said.
