SF Teen Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 4 Women
SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) ―
San Francisco police arrested a 16-year-old boy Wednesday for allegedly sexually assaulting four victims in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park over the course of four days.
The suspect apparently exposed himself to an undercover officer on a Stanyan Street bus around 9 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
In each of the incidents, which reportedly started on Sept. 24 and continued through Saturday, a suspect confronted a woman who was either jogging of riding a bicycle on frequented park paths.
After a joint effort with three district police stations, a follow-up investigation positively identified the suspect from the earlier assaults, according to the Police Department.
Police are asking anyone else who may have been a witness or victim in similar cases to call Lt. Dan Leydon or Inspector Yvonne Pratt of the Sex Crimes Unit at (415) 553-1361.
