Double Shooting In San Jose Leaves 1 Dead, 1 Hurt

Police are investigating a Wednesday night double shooting
that killed a man and left another critically injured.
At about 8 p.m., reports of a gunshot victim
brought officers to the 3600 block of Waterbury
Court. Arriving officers found two men suffering from
gunshot wounds near a carport in the reported area, according to Sgt. Mike Sullivan.
Both victims were transported to an area
hospital, said Sullivan. One victim died early Thursday morning.
No arrests have been made and no description of
the suspect or suspects was immediately available.
