Man Found Dead Inside Car In SF Mission District
SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) ―
A San Francisco man who died after being found shot inside a car in the Mission District on Wednesday night has been identified Thursday as 21-year-old Martel Peters, the San Francisco medical examiner's office reported.
According to a police report, officers found him shot as he was seated inside a car at 26th and Harrison streets at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Peters was pronounced dead en route to San Francisco General Hospital, according to a medical examiner's office investigator.
No suspects have been arrested, according to police.
The shooting is the 37th homicide reported in San Francisco this year.
