Concord Bicyclist Expected To Survive Stabbing
CONCORD (CBS 5 / BCN) ―
An 18-year-old man was stabbed twice in the abdomen as he rode his bicycle in Concord on Monday night, Concord police Cpl. James Carroll said Tuesday.
The victim told police he was riding his bike near Nicholas and Tilson drives when five males in a red Chevrolet pickup truck attacked him.
The victim suffered two minor stab wounds and is expected to survive, Carroll said.
He was uncooperative with investigators and provided only limited descriptions of his alleged attackers. One was a white man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and the other four were described only as wearing red clothing.
