OAKLAND (CBS 5 / AP) ― Newly released court documents allege that former Bay Area Rapid Transit police officer Johannes Mehserle, who has been charged with murder, shot 22-year-old Oscar Grant III while Grant had his hands behind his back and another officer was kneeling on his neck.
