SF Man Killed In Bayview Shooting

SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) ― A 59-year-old man was fatally shot in San Francisco's Bayview District on Saturday night, a police sergeant said Sunday.

Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 100 block of Kiska Road around 10:30 p.m.

Police found a man suffering at least one gunshot wound and paramedics took him to San Francisco General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to San Francisco police Sgt. Wilfred Williams.

An unidentified suspect who was wearing dark clothes and a ski mask was seen leaving the area on foot, but no arrests were made, Williams said.

Anyone with information regarding the shooting is asked to call the Police Department's anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444.
