San Jose police have identified Tuesday's fatal shooting victim as 20-year-old Gerardo Garcia of San Jose. At 6:43 p.m. Tuesday, police received a call reporting a shooting in the 100 block of North White Road. When police arrived, they found Garcia, who had been shot at North White Road and Warm Springs Drive.
