Housing Experts Gather In SF, Eye 2009 Turnaround

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS 5) ― It could be the beginning of next year before we see the housing market start to turn around.

That prediction came Tuesday at the St. Francis Hotel where brokers, agents, builders, and bankers, gathered to figure out what to do in a housing market few have seen.

In his video report, Mike Sugerman asked how the current downturn compares to previous housing slumps.
