The Wold Pumpkin Capital invites you to celebrate the 39th annual Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival.
The event kicks off Saturday, October 17 and ends Sunday October 18 from 9 am to 5 pm.
Bring your family and friends to enjoy 3 stages of live music, a thrilling Haunted House, homestyle food, harvest ale, the Great Pumpkin Parade, art & crafts, the Take 5 Lounge with wide screen TV, and much more!
Treat yourself to tempting pumpkin-infused foods like pumpkin pie, pancakes, and cake, along with macaroni and cheese with pumpkin seeds, grilled sausages, fried calamari, clam chowder, and lots more.
Taste Half Moon Bay Winery's Syrah and Half Moon Bay Brewing Company's Pumpkin Harvest Ale.
Let the kids enjoy Farmer Mike aka "the Picasso of pumpkin carvers", spooky Haunted House, create-your-own wax hands art, the Froghopper amusement ride, Mobile Rock's 24-foot climbing wall, and face-painting.
The world's greatest gourd growers will compete in the Safeway World Championship Pumpkin Weigh Off with a $20,000 stake. Meet and take photos with the top 5 winners and their pumpkins.
Participate in other contests like the pancake breakfast, costume & pie-eating contests, youth talent show, pumpkin run, and pumpkin carving for fun/no judging.
Festival goers will also find thousands of one-of-a-kind handcrafted items by America's finest artists and craftmakers amonst the 250 booths.
The free-admission festival will be held on Main Street between Miramontes and Spruce Streets in Half Moon Bay.
