Bay Area schools have been trying to make lunch healthier, but now, higher food prices are making it harder to keep prices down while making needed changes.
To cope with rising food prices, some districts are increasing the price of school lunches.
In her video report, Sherry Hu looks at the struggle school administrators face when trying to balance the budget and the menu.
